Scam Alert on Whatsapp by training providers

It has come to our attention that an alleged scam has been circulating via WhatsApp, informing members of the public to register for an IBF course to benefit from the Course Fee Subsidies and Training Allowance Grants without actual attendance of the course. We wish to highlight that all IBF Training Scheme claims are subject to audit checks.

IBF takes a serious view of any individual, training provider or organisation that abuses IBF Funding Schemes and will not hesitate to act against any who contravene our funding rules or terms of use.
