To complement the core expertise our workforce possesses, upskilling and workforce transformation should largely be focusing on digitalization, compliance, ethics and sustainability. Technology, in particular processes and AI, will drive a lot of changes in methodology and systems in our current scope. Our workforce needs to hone strong skills and have the propensity for innovation as part of upskilling themselves. On top of mere technical skills, soft skills will become a distinguishing trait in influencing these changes. To succeed, as leaders, we must inspire our people to work alongside and share our vision. We stay committed to provide our clients with strong advisory, backed by our regional and comprehensive network, as the One Bank for ASEAN.”
