Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer, AIA Singapore

Biography

Ms Irma Hadikusuma is the Chief Marketing and Proposition Officer (CMPO) of AIA Singapore with effect from 1 December 2023.

Under Irma’s leadership, the Marketing and Proposition function is set to propel the enterprise customer-focused agenda. This strategically integrated function will harness the synergy of AIA Singapore’s brand and customer value proposition in delivering a curation of market differentiated, innovative health and wealth strategy, setting AIA Singapore apart to deliver its commitment of helping our community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.

An accomplished veteran with more than 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, Irma joined AIA Singapore in 2013. In her prior role as Chief Product Proposition Officer, she was instrumental in building innovative, customer-centric and award-winning solutions for AIA Singapore. She was previously the Regional Business Development Director with AIA Group, where she played a pivotal role in delivering key strategic agendas across multiple nascent and mature countries.

Throughout her career, she has also held extensive leadership roles in actuarial pricing, valuation, digital marketing, customer segmentation and business development in both local and regional capacity.

Irma graduated 1st class honours from Nanyang Technological University in Actuarial Science. She attained her actuarial fellowship early in her career and was awarded top international graduate by the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK.
