IBF Careers Connect
IBF has expanded its mandate to provide an integrated platform to support skills development, career planning, and job matching.
IBF Careers Connect will provide financial practitioners with resources for professional development and career advisory. To be housed at the IBF Career Centre, it will be operational by August 2018. This is part of a broader tripartite effort with Employment and Employability Institute (e2i), National Trade Union Congress (NTUC), Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Workforce Singapore (WSG) to offer support and help to financial practioners achieve their career goals.

Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) for Consumer Banking
To help finance practitioners in Singapore build up their skills in new areas, IBF and WSG have launched a professional conversion programme (PCP) for consumer banking. This PCP will proactively prepare consumer banking professionals for new and emerging roles, as banks use more digital platforms to engage customers.
IBF will next develop PCPs in Operations and Wealth Management respectively.

Launch of Learn@IBF
Finance professionals can also benefit from IBF’s mobile learning app Learn@IBF. Launched in January 2018, the app provides practitioners with bite-sized content on new digital capabilities, and tools for innovation and human centred design.
Content contributors include financial institutions, Institutes of Higher Learning, professional services firms and technology companies.
